Pre-Order Items

Some products are marked as Pre-Order.

  • Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for production before shipment
  • If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may be shipped together once all items are ready

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost shipments
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment

Delivery Issues

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability

Shipping Refusals

If a shipment is refused or returned to us:

  • The customer will be responsible for all return shipping and handling costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
