We want you to love every piece from Goldencubs. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
As our collections are produced in limited quantities, we offer exchanges or store credit only. Refunds are not available under any circumstances.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@goldencubs.com within 15 days of delivery. Once your request is reviewed, our team will guide you through the next steps.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached
- Items must be in the same condition as received
The following are not eligible:
- Sale or promotional items
- Accessories and undergarments
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
- Items returned without original tags
Exchanges & Store Credit
- Requests submitted within 15 days are eligible for exchange or store credit
- Store credit is issued after inspection and approval
- Each order is eligible for a maximum of two exchange cycles
Shipping Costs
- All return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method
- Goldencubs is not responsible for lost or delayed returns
Pre-Order Items
Pre-order pieces are made especially for you.
- Please allow an additional 5–10 days for shipping
- These items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange
Sale Items
All discounted items — including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and seasonal promotions — are final sale.
Shipping Refusals
If a shipment is refused or undeliverable and returned to us:
- The customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs
