Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Goldencubs purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied, we are happy to assist you with an exchange or store credit, provided the item meets the conditions and time frames outlined below.

Because our products are made in limited quantities, returns are accepted only for exchange or store creditno refunds will be issued under any circumstances. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items, used or washed merchandise, or items without tags.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate the process, please contact help@goldencubs.com within 15 days of delivery. Our team will review your request and provide next steps.


Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

  • Accessories and undergarments are not eligible for return or exchange.


Store Credit & Exchanges

  • Requests made within 15 days of delivery are eligible for exchange or store credit.

  • Store credit will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

  • Each order is eligible for a maximum of two exchange cycles.


Shipping Costs

  • All return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Goldencubs is not responsible for lost or delayed returns.


Pre-Order Items

Some designs are marked Pre-Order. These items are made specially for you and may take an additional 5–10 days to ship. Pre-order items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.


Sale Items

All sale or promotional items — including Black Friday, Cyber Monday — are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.


Shipping Refusals

If a customer refuses delivery or is unavailable for the shipment and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for all associated shipping and handling costs.
